About these terms
These terms govern your use of GO BEST SEO (the service), operated by [To be completed: the legal entity, its registration number and its address]. When you create an account, you agree to them.
The service
GO BEST SEO scans a WordPress website on a schedule, reads its search data from Google Search Console with read-only access, can apply limited SEO changes with your permission, drafts posts for your approval and sends reports by email. The service is in private beta, is offered by invitation, and its features may change.
Your account
An account belongs to one person and covers one website. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Use an email address that you control, because we send service and security messages to it. [To be completed: the minimum age and capacity to enter into these terms.]
Your website and your authority
When you register a website, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to manage it, its Google Search Console property and its WordPress account, and to let the service read from them and write to them as these terms describe. A website can belong to only one account. We may ask for further proof, and we may hold a website while we check.
Acceptable use
Do not register a website you do not control. Do not try to reach another customer’s data, to test or overload the service, to copy it or to reverse engineer it. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to harm others.
Automatic fixes
If you allow automatic fixes, the service may change page titles, meta descriptions and image alt text on your website, up to the limit of your plan for each scan. Each change is recorded with its before and after and can be undone from the app, and an undone change is not applied again. You can turn automatic fixes off at any time in Settings. You remain responsible for your website and for what is published on it.
Content written with AI
Post suggestions and fixes are written with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes, outdated information or statements that need checking. Sentences that are worth checking are highlighted, but not every mistake can be found. By default nothing is published without your approval. If you turn on automatic publishing, you accept that text you have not read may be published on your website. You can return any published post to draft. [To be completed by the owner’s lawyer: ownership of, and the license to, generated content.]
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, among them Google (Search Console, Cloud and Gemini), Anthropic, Atlas Cloud, an email provider, and the WordPress software and hosting of your own website. Their availability and their terms are outside our control. The privacy policy lists the providers.
Availability
During the beta the service is provided as it is. It may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and we do not promise any level of availability. We may pause scans, reports or posts for all customers to protect the service or the websites it works on.
Fees
There is no fee during the private beta. Plans and prices will be announced before launch, and these terms will be updated before any fee applies to you. [To be completed when payments are introduced.]
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk, or when your trial ends without a plan. You can delete your account at any time from the app. What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
[To be completed by the owner’s lawyer: the limitation of liability, disclaimers and indemnities.]
Governing law and jurisdiction
[To be completed by the owner’s lawyer: the governing law and the competent courts.]
Changes to these terms
We will tell you in the app or by email before a change applies to you. If a change needs your consent again, the app will ask for it before you continue.
